Forum Admin Proposal

Panda I would like to be one of the forum admins and help you out on making the design.

This is my proposed Forum Logo.

some of the other changes that I will implement if appointed as forum admin.

1. make forum ranking and forum ranking recognition
2. add new emoticons (funny ones)
3. change general design.
